Grace Jang is the owner and principal consultant of Grace Jang Solutions LLC, which provides communications coaching, press release and op-ed writing services, media and government engagement strategies, project management, and media training. Grace specializes in helping leaders navigate crises.
She served the State of Alaska for four years as press secretary, communications director, and deputy chief of staff to Governor Bill Walker. She has a proven record of moving large initiatives across the finish line. Grace also served in the U.S. Senate as communications director to Chairman Lisa Murkowski on the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
Prior to her stints in government service, Grace worked for 17 years as an award-winning journalist in print and television news in Los Angeles and Anchorage.
Grace was born in Busan, South Korea, and raised in San Francisco. She holds bachelor's degrees in history and communication from the University of California, San Diego, and attended the University of Chicago for graduate studies in social sciences. She speaks conversational Korean.
Grace lives and works in Anchorage with her husband and dog.
Chris holds a master's in business administration from Notre Dame University and a bachelor's degree from University of Pennsylvania. He has extensive education experience in both the public and private sectors, including The College Board, Kaplan Test Prep, and the New Jersey Department of Education.
Craig is a former dairy farmer turned registered nurse turned health care IT specialist. He and Grace created GJS in 2019. He consults on various agriculture enterprises and enjoys helping family farms. He is passionate about building EPIC Beacon electronic health records systems.
